Ms. Hayley Kiesthardt-Wong – Consultant

Mrs. Kiesthardt-Wong joined Systain in June 2005. She previously worked for both local and multi-national companies where she gained in depth knowledge and insightful experiences in Hong Kong and Europe. Furthermore, she has been stationed in China for several years and has excellent understanding of the Chinese business environment.
Mrs. Kiesthardt-Wong attains a sound understanding of the textile and garment industry including process management due to her previous employment with a trading firm in Hong Kong. 
Today, Mrs. Kiesthardt-Wong is a lead consultant for several projects focusing on sustainability in the supply chain. Her first project was an Otto MDP programme after which she has been responsible for numerous projects involving social standards training and supplier qualification programmes for Systain's customers.

"The best thing I have learned with Systain is that social compliance has no border. Frequent factory visits in China have widened my scope of knowledge regarding social differences within developed and undeveloped regions. I am glad to be a part of the Systain team in promoting social and environmental solutions besides management skills in a fast developing country such as China".
